| My name is Glenn Foden and I have been wargaming since
my first contact with a book by Donald Featherstone, over 35 years ago.
That means that I am not a young man, but I am still passionate about
wargaming and military history. My own background is 20 years in the army
with operational experience around the world as a Bomb Disposal Operator
with the Royal Logistic Corps.
In more recent years after leaving the Army, I was a Business Management Consultant
working across South America for major National and International
Corporations. After returning to the UK Business community and
employment, I decided
to venture out on my own and established first, The Hobby Box, (www.thehobbybox.biz) a successful wargames business and then took over ownership of Hersant's Military Books
(www.hersantsbooks.com), a coner stone in military history books for over 35
years!!.
Companion Miniatures
Through contact with Dougie Cameron of Companion Miniatures, where we
stocked his range of figures under the Victorious Armies banner, there
happened an opportunity for me to take over the ownership of Companion
Miniatures. I jumped at the chance and I am feeling very excited about
this new venture. Our intention is to continue providing high quality
models in 28mm and 28mm only, filling gaps in existing ranges first and then
launching new ranges.
    
Our projected ranges will be both ancients and others, which I will
disclose at a later time. All ranges will endeavour to be different to
what is already in the market place, but we hope will have animation, detail
and realism, that will please our discerning customers.
You will find most of our products available alongside Hersant's Military
Books' stand at some shows around the UK and Europe, where space allows.
Pre ordering is always the safest bet for collection at shows.
My wife, Susan and both our children, Luke and Ellie will also be
helping out at shows and hope that we will be able to serve you all

Our Mission is to supply the figures a to the
exacting demands of our customers, as quickly and as courteously as
possible.
Our service standards which we will strive to achieve are:
- To respond to all enquiries within 24hrs
- Where an item is in stock , to despatch within 24hrs.
- Where an item is out of stock, to inform the customer of delivery
within 24hrs.
- To deduct a payment only at the moment of despatch.
